Anything Else Under Heaven pays homage to the work of seven western artists: Caravaggio, Eakins, Sargent, Tuke, Somov, Grant, and Cadmus. By focusing on the male form both nude and clothed, these painters’ work showed more than they were ever allowed to say outright about their own sexualities. This series pays homage to their lives and work through contemporary photography.

Tracing the gay desires that are hinted at in these artists' work, this series makes evident what these men could only hint at while they lived. They have been straightwashed by art historians for decades, and we are only recently having the conversations that their desires may have reflected what's evident in their work.
