    About the Book

    Edit

Everything Nice – Jamaica’s Colors explores the gap between what shines and what cracks: walls, taxis and shopfronts blaze with color, masking precarity and colonial legacies while letting fatigue and hope surface. Through this photographic series first conceived as a book, surfaces become thresholds where each layer of paint holds the tension between celebration and fragility, resonating with the shifting social histories of color in Jamaica.
