About the Book
In the fall of 1976, Shelly Decker, a graduate student at Michigan State University, arrived in New England to become the director of marketing at Berkshire East Ski Area in Charlemont, Massachusetts. There she met her future husband, Bill Farrell, and they began their 50-year journey as educators while raising a family and travelling extensively throughout North America in their Volkswagen camper. The 13 images in “New England Pastels by Shelly Farrell” are personal reflections of her life in New England.
