Is singleness a gift? What about celibacy? If I long to marry, is there something wrong with me?

While many messages in the Church and Christian communities are promoting the 'gift of singleness', most single women long to marry and are wrestling with challenges and temptations that come with undesired singleness. Lots of women feel pressured to put a fake smile on a broken heart instead of being given tools and resources for dealing with their broken heart.

When a woman is afflicted, in singleness or in any season, how is she called to live and behave as a Christian in her suffering?
