This book captures the whooping crane it it's natural habitat at the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge. The cranes showed off a bit by displaying some of their mating dance which is in the book. A few other birds and wildlife (turtles & an alligator) are also in the book but most of it are whooping crane pictures. The images were taken the first week of March 2010.
