Photos and descriptive text of a five-day cycle ride from Southport on the West coast of England to Bridlington on the East coast. The route mostly followed the nationally recognised Trans Pennine Trail. The ride raised money for a charity (Leeds North and West Foodbank). Profits from sale of this book will go to the Geograph Project.
