The floods of a year past have devastated lower Krolee Caverns, where the mysterious Great Council of cats watches over the Scrolls of their history. Because of the unprecedented damage, a spirit of rebellion has arisen among members of the Council. A new generation of young feline leaders from Miller's farm must somehow enter the Caverns to prevent a crisis from becoming a tragedy. And if they don't succeed...well, they must.
