This work is part meditation, part manifesto. It is an assertion: that identity — queer, Black, fluid, multifaceted — is not a stable noun, but a verb; not a box, but a spiral. I invite the viewer to receive these pages not just as photographs, but as letters: fragments of a self-in-formation, love-notes to existence, to being seen as evolving. If you read through these images as epistles, perhaps you hear as much in the silences as in the frames.
