About the Book
This guided journal keeps you in tune with yourself as a daily check in. You will check in with how you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. Then you will write an affirmation about yourself because we all know we are our own worst critics. After that we acknowledge 3 gratitudes for the day. With life always so busy we tend to take many things for granted. This gives you a chance to slow it down and feel the day. After that we have a self reflection or a self growth question. These are meant to make you think and reflect. Under that we can't forget about our small victories! Even if the most you did that day was get dressed, write it down. No victory is too small. Finally on the back you can write about your day. Maybe something that happened or something on your mind. At the top of the page by the date you will see a yes or a no. That is a reminder for you. Whatever reminder you set. Taking meds, take trash out, do journal, meditate, or whatever you want. Circle only once completed. It is best to do your daily entries every night before bed.
