In November 2009 we achieved a dream of ours to travel around California in a motorhome. We'd talked about it for a while, but never got around to booking it - there were always other things needing the money. But when my wonderful younger brother Iain was taken from us by cancer we came to the conclusion that lif is far too short to put off till tomorrow what you can do today.

The trip lived up to the dream, and to make it even more special, Paul proposed whilst we were in Yosemite, so we came back engaged!!
