This collection of photos was captured in the Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park areas of Colorado on March 12, 2010 by the 2020 Visual Studios, L.L.C. Visual Arts team. It was a relatively warm and beautiful winter day, full of sunshine and blue skies! However, on the way up into the mountains, the team found themselves in deep snow and heavily-shaded areas that were a bit cold at times. The team initially set out to try and capture some shots of waterfalls mixed with flowing water and ice, only to find out that the waterfalls were still mostly frozen and snow covered. So they switched gears and took advantage of the beautiful mountain scenery, the ice, and the incredibly awesome Elk they found along the way.
