    About the Book

    Edit

To our beloved Dad, Kevin Moore,

This collection of poems is a heartfelt tribute to you, Dad. You had a remarkable ability to find humor and love in the everyday, and you took joy in the simple act of creation. Your words, whether scribbled on scraps of paper, in notebooks, or shared through countless emails, were never insignificante but reflections of a heart brimming with love and a boundless spirit. Your poetry, much like your presence, was a testament to the vibrant life you lived and the adventure you saw in every moment.

We present these poems, written by you over many years, as a celebration of your extraordinary life. We hope they capture even a fraction of the warmth, laughter, and love you brought into our lives. Though you are no longer with us, your spirit endures in these pages and in every heart you touched.

In the words of Armond Powell: Rest well, relax, no stress—sit back in your Adirondack chair, toast a glass, and sing like an Irishman.
