“I feel I am a burden” is a book of poems that I wrote after my son committed suicide.

During this process I discovered the power of writing about my grief. It proved to be very cathartic.

I never planned on publishing.

While sharing these poems with a friend, it was suggested that publishing a book would raise awareness about suicide and the impact of losing a loved one.

I hope that anyone reading my poems can benefit from them as much as I have.
