    About the Book

    Edit

The photograps and text in the pages of 'Interval' are an exploration of concepts related to physics, and philosophy, spirituality and how these fields intersect with art. The unique aspect of the book is the integration of art photography with current ideas in metaphysics, philosophy and spiritually. The content within asserts that these disciplines are intimately related, and an understanding of one can offer insights into the others.

The book has seven chapters divided by topic, beginning with a double-page photo spread, followed by a lead image on either the left or righthand page with a single block of text on the opposite page. The text contains questions and postulates to challenge the viewer to expore their own thoughts and creative processes. Key topics, (subject to ongoing editing and refinement) include Time, Nothingness, Perception etc.

Artfully photograhed and beautifully printed on premium, non glossy paper, The book is 106 pages in lentgh, containing over 120 photos, and 8 pages of poetic-like text. The book is self published with all photographs and texts by the artist. This is the third pinting of ‘Interval’ and this edition is limited.. to 20-copies. Signed copies are available by contacting the Jon Moore
