About the Book
I'm Vine is a 68-page, hardcover book of photographs of vines growing on things in the city (mostly poles).
Lamppost, utility pole, street sign, and even the humble backyard clothesline post—put a vine on it and it goes from boring eye-clutter to fun on a literal stick.
In the summer of 2023, I decided to see how many I could find and photograph within an on-foot radius of my place in Brockton Village, Toronto. The answer was over four-hundred.
This book contains eighty-one vines, each with their own personality and charm.
