I have always loved to write. However, COVID and a course listing in the catalog of OLLI at FSU started me on my late in life pursuit. I felt compelled to write about my love of gardening for my class project. The resulting memoir, The Soil Beneath My Fingers was exciting to write. My husband wanted his story told. The Palestinian is the story of his life, his family, and the relationship between Palestine and Israel.
