Mark was born in Sydney, Australia in 1964, he then spent his formative years growing up in Adelaide, South Australia. He attended St Michaels College in Henly Beach and has fond memories from his schooling. Mark’s full time employment is as an executive in the mining industry. The mining and exploration businesses have enabled Mark to travel the world extensively for the last 20 years and particularly the African continent. Photography has been and continues to be an avid hobby for Mark. He has had great subject matter, his son Jack, to hone some photographic skills and these photos are featured in his first book, Inkwenkwana (small boy). Mark enjoys landscapes, wildlife and portraits and hopes that he will find time between the mining work to continue a creative advancement of his photography.
