The photos from the 1980s and 1990s were shot with a Nikkormat FT2, an Asahi Pentax K1000, or a Nikon F2, and with a 28mm, 50mm, 85mm or 200mm prime lens - the black-and-whites were shot mostly on Kodak Tri-X, some on Plus-X; the color were shot on Fujicolor 200. The ones from the Northwest Territories (1979) were shot with a 2-1/4 Yashica twin-lens, on Ektachrome. Most of the negatives were scanned onto Kodak Photo CDs; several were done properly on a drum scanner. The photos from 2005 were shot digitally with a Fujifilm E900; the ones after 2005 were also shot digitally but with a Canon EOS or Sony A6000.
All of them are reproduced here uncropped, except in some cases where the image runs up to or past the edge of the page.
