Joey is a young boy with a vivid imagination who invents joyous melodies on the piano. One morning, overhearing a tid-bit at the breakfast table, he mistakenly believes that all his daddy's beautiful ties will no longer be needed. His eyes light up with a terrific idea; he has always loved these wild and wacky ties and knows just what to do with them. Much to the chagrin of his unsuspecting papa.
