About the Book
This paper looks at the development of the seaside town from the 1700's up to modern day, including two case studies; Margate and Redcar.
The idea for the paper comes from my interest on the origins of places and why they exist, and how this knowledge can thus inform our attempts at regenerating them sustainably.
