Joyce served as an internal consultant in Leadership and Professional Development at a global financial services company. She created and hosted an internal television production called the Leadership Round table Discussion where she interviewed and led discussions with C-Suite level executives. Her faith and love for music led her to serve as the Minister of Music for over 15 years. She completed a 5-year term as a member of the Board of Directors for the Bottomless Closet NYC, a non-profit organization that connects disenfranchised women with work. She created and taught a life skill curriculum called the Open-Door Academy as part of that initiative. Joyce is profiled in the book, Career Match: Connecting Who You Are With What You'll Love to Do by Shoya Zichy with Ann Bidou. She holds a BS in Organizational Management and a certificate in Personal and Life Coaching. In addition to writing, she is currently working on the design and development of adaptive equipment.
