This book is a compilation of poems wrapped in life lessons that are shared with the reader. It's meant to inspire and to elevate consciousness both mentally and spiritually while also raising mental health awareness. Our thoughts and our minds are key elements to our outlook and perspectives of life. We must protect both by guarding them in an effort to create the balance that's needed. Remembering to stay grateful for all that we have and envisioning all that we are created to and can be is essential. It speaks of change and the process of change that we all must make to become the best version of ourselves.

This book is meant to take you on a journey of the various stages/seasons in life. Each poem represents a moment in time containing it's own unique message with a heighten awareness of the value of time. It's randomness depicts the random events that occur and comes together representing this thing we call life.

This book is also written to remove the stigma of what Mental Health/illness looks like. It's not the crazy people that we often see depicted in movies. Instead, it's everyday people/professionals dealing with stress and emotions in overload mode. We all consider ourselves to be strong and resilient, however; there are times when we all need a little help from God and most of all universal love, compassion and kindness to get back up on our feet.
