This book documents the journey of NORNSLIFE ART into scholarly research behind the physical act of creation, and its ability to facilitate cognitive healing and growth. While breaking down the negative societal stigmas through the written word, this series is meant to help other abuse, severe trauma, and assault survivors begin their own journey into healing.
