On March 16 of 2020 Charlie Essers was listening to his daughters play their musical instruments on the first day of self-quarantine and thought, “how ironic would it be if they were absolutely terrible at playing and I was at my wits end on day one?”

That thought became the first of 365 memes that kept this family creative and together during a pandemic year of lock downs, social unrest, and the coming of age that was their sophomore and junior year of high school.
