    John Jacopelle
    Lake Wales, FL 33853

    John holds a Bachelor of Fine Art degree from Purchase College, the School of Art and Design at State University of New York in Westchester County. His graduate classes were taken at Albany University in Albany, New York. His degree concentration is in painting with a minor in printmaking. He’s a retired Gallery Director and Instructor from Pratt University, NY at Upstate Campus Munson Williams Proctor Art Institute in Utica, New York. He is a featured artist in the UK publication of Jackie Newell and Dee Whittington’s Printmaking Handbook, Monoprinting. John is the author of numerous one of a kind artist art books; Poems, The Planet Earth, Phoebe and the Hairy House, Questions to the Tree House, Frog and the Princess, and The Will. His work has been shown in solo gallery exhibitions up and down the East Coast and he has participated in several juried and group shows. His award-winning works are in corporate and private collections throughout the United States and England.
