"The Favorites" is a lovely mixture of both my own highlights as well as bringing other's visions to life. Each photo shoot in this text started with the model designating their "Favorite". That could have been a quote, a movie, song or activity that was cherished in their life. From that favorite we designed a photo shoot around that inspiration.

One gem that is seen is that even with everyone having their unique inspirations, we at times landed on similar concepts for the shoot while keeping their originality. To me it shows that even in all of our individuality we can be learning the same lessons in life and experiencing common truths.

Interspersed through the images of the shoots are a few of my favorites. These favorites are all quotes or concepts within the Bible that have been dear to me. They are often passages that I can quickly shoot out an overarching story and takeaway for. However, I wanted to take the time of this book to really run deep into these passages and to see how they truly impact me daily. The common thread that I found that runs through these texts is that of faithfulness.
