Vicki Loh has a background in teaching mathematics in public secondary school, and has taught children of all ages in small group and one-on-one settings. She has designed curriculum and trained instructors for tutoring centres, and supported students with a wide range of learning needs, including learning disabled, anxious, neurotypical, and gifted. Seeking freedom for her own children from the constraints of rigid curricula and classroom walls, she embarked on a homelearning journey more than ten years ago. Vicki currently supports her two teenaged children as they learn from home. She lives on the beautiful west coast of British Columbia in Canada.
