This was a documentary project shot in Cornwall during the UK’s second national
lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
I took the opportunity to travel during my ‘one hour’ of permitted daily exercise to local areas, documenting the contrasting landscapes close home.
Drawn to the tranquillity of the coast and the moors; creating this book gave me an
opportunity to find serenity during unnerving times; only if it was for one hour.
