This is Faces of 2020. These are the faces of people I’ve seen and photographed around the DMV over the past year. I wanted to make them all black and white so they feel the same. I wanted to include my perception of their thoughts/feelings and the date. It’s been a wild year, and I stretched myself to capture more people. I like that the work is of people during a year with a pandemic, social distancing, and multiple protests. Life goes on.
