My name is Charlotte Greer-Brown. I'm originally from Chattanooga, TN. Although Philadelphia is not my hometown, it's been near and dear to my heart for over 11 years. My highest education is a B.A. in Political Science and Government. 'm a former Pennsylvania legislative assistant. I'm currently an educator, advocate, and activist for adult education, urban history, urban politics, government (local, state, and federal), community, state related issues, quality of life, safe neighborhoods, youth education, empowerment, engagement, mentoring, community outreach and leadership.
