About the Book
We all see things differently, and I suppose photographers can carry that to an extreme. I love to make pictures. I also love to work on them in photoshop and other editing software. Sometimes just a subtle change can make a dramatic improvement to an image. Other times I like to experiment with drastic changes, removing and replacing backgrounds to create new images, or using HDR programs to bring out more detail or give an image a different look. Other times putting several images together, called 'stitching' creates panoramic views. However, I do make a distinction between photographs and digital images. I think if one is going call it a photograph, changes changes to an image should be limited to the same things that used to be done in a 'dark room'; cropping and color adjustments etc. Photoshop lets me create a whole new world, my world! Come on in and have a look!
