Scotland provides a wealth of opportunities for the outdoor enthusiast throughout the seasons and as a keen hill walker I try to take every opportunity to get out and explore the fine landscape this country has to offer.

Taking photographs along the way provides an added interest to my outings and also helps to keep the images I see fresh in the memory. The photographs also provide a good base when updating my walking diary, giving a bit more substance to the words.

Posting my rambling's on the web hopefully provides friends and family with internet access a vicarious insight into my travels. But for those without I thought it would be nice to translate this dairy into book form, so with that in mind:
