AKU-TAI PILOT tells the story of a girl named Hikino Hina,
whose entire life gets turned upside down when
Haruki Salai, a supposed alien with immense energy,
suddenly crash lands on her tiny island home.

Mistaking the island for a fantasy version of Japan, he sets
out to experience all the clichés in the world, taking her
with him through a series of self- aware adventures
steadily increasing in both scale and absurdity, as they
dismantle the very essence of traditional storytelling
all while meeting many more supernatural characters
along the way.
