Beth has been promoting therapy through writing and art for over 30 years. She has taught this technique to survivors of abuse, those with addiction, and our aging population. "It is through our own creation that we can tap into our subconscious mind, thus bringing out what needs to be healed." Beth lives in the Berkshire Mountains located in Western Massachusetts.
