Awake In The Night is a children's book written by Dream Researcher and Therapist, Deborah Armstrong. The story follows the night-time adventures of a young child who encounters a monster, becomes lucid in their dream, and then 'brings' the monster back to their room. The book is beautifully illustrated by Artist and Therapist Claire Chateauneuf.

Deborah Armstrong, Ph.D. (Author) practices as a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in Expressive Arts and Play Therapies in Greenville, SC; she serves as coordinator of the Expressive Arts Therapy Concentration at Goddard College in Plainfield, Vermont; she teaches Dreamwork to Dance Therapists at the Creative Arts Institute in Beijing, China; and she serves as faculty at the Sky Mountain Institute in Escondido, CA.
