A self taught photographer, Paul has covered many subjects over almost three decades. He is essentially a documentary photographer who has been drawn to jazz imagery by the combination and intimacy of music and photography.

Paul has exhibited both in the United Kingdom, and Internationally.

Paul is an Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain.
