Martin Cregg is an Irish photographer and educator living in Dublin. He has exhibited in Ireland and abroad. Recently, his ongoing work 'Suspended State' was shown in the 'Postcards From The Celtic Tiger' group show in Shanghai (June 2010). Previously, his five year project 'Midlands' has been shown in the Gallery of Photography, Dublin (2008), Photospace, New Zealand (2009) and Les Recontres Aarles, France (2009). 'Midlands' is also his first book and available at the Gallery of Photography, Dublin.

Martin has recently been selected to participate in the International Reflexions Masterclass (Basel, May 2010; Paris, Nov 2010 & Venice Jan 2011) a seminar of contemporary photography. Further, he has also been commissioned to work and exhibit in the 'Foreign Eyes on Frysland' project - as one of the six international photographers who will explore the region. The upcoming exhibition will open in early November in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands.
