About
I became a computer programmer in the 1960s, a telecoms software engineer in 1970s and in the 1980s ITTE/Alcatel UK Research Centre Manager. In 1990s, on being made redundant, I started a consultancy to manage European Commission supported multi-partner, multi-national telecommunications research projects. I retired in 2003, obtained an Open University B.A. (Hons.) in 2004 and currently researching local history, writing poetry and novels.
