Amanda and her. forever boyfriend are building a home in Apt, Provence, France.
She is the founding Director of MY TRIBE TYPE a wellness and beauty brand. The ex-CEO of Australia’s leading farmers’ market, with 35 years of experience in the food she is a food consultant. A chef by trade Amanda has also been an educator, restaurateur, food stylist, business owner, writer and event manager in Australia and in the USA, a regional food specialist and a graduate of the Cordon Bleu Cooking School in London.
At 57 she lives in Provence and Australia, she is an artist and has a French Supply co selling all the things she creates and loves in France.
