I developed an interest in photography at a young age. Starting on a plastic camera with a cube flash, I upgraded to the classic Kodak Disc and finally inherited my mother's lovely old Minolta SLR workhorse.

After college, I attended the Maine Film & Photographic Workshops. In 1996, I moved to New York City.

As a freelance photographer in NYC, my clients included Halston, Bear USA and Weatherproof. In partnership with Joseph Cartright, I tested some of the first professional DSLRs and medium format digital backs.

Moving to Minneapolis reignited my love of photography. Whether working on corporate headshots, fashion, still lifes or portraits, I bring creativity and passion to every project. My clients enjoy a memorable experience on the day, as well as a beautiful and professional end product.
