I was born in Petoskey, Michigan in 1960. I made my first international flight to Jamaica when I was 14 months old. I am sure I can not recall anything specific about that trip but I left home for the tropics as soon I was legally old enough. Years later I found photographs of me as a young boy holding on to my father's cameras. I am positive that the two were not just mere coincidences.

I love Photography. I cannot imagine not doing it everyday. Making images has been the most revealing aspect of my life. Every time I exibit an image it is like another piece of the diary that becomes illustrated.
