Hi, my name is Cooper Neel and photography is my hobby and am always on the mission to capture the best photographs. I was born in New York City and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I am currently attending Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, Texas, where I am studying communications.
