start, held their hands through hard times, and walked with them at the
end. Brian has insight into many different industries and knows the one
thing that all small businesses have in common; passion and courage. He
understands the dreams and ambitions of every individual owner. Those
experiences give him insight into how to guide these dreamers to success
and beyond.

Today, through that growth, he has never lost sight of who they were and
