Elizabeth Diggs graduated from Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia, with a degree in biology and attended graduate school at Northern Michigan University where she studied education and received her teaching certificate. She is a former science, music, and taekwondo instructor living in North Carolina. She is a world-certified fourth-degree black belt in taekwondo as well as a photographer and author.
Beth is passionate about wildlife and conservation. Her photos have been featured by Birds & Blooms and North Carolina Wildlife magazines and several were selected for KingBirder's Top Shots web galleries. They have also been featured on Audubon and Inside Climate News online sites and social media sites.
Her last book, Menopausal Master, is described as a "defining narrative dedicated to readers seeking the answers to questions of faith, belief and opinions on the individual and societal scale."
