As long as I can recall, photography and storytelling have been my two passions, so it was only natural that I founded Mirastories as a means to do both. I live in Seattle, Washington and currently do all shoots "on location" which means I come to you. Environment is an important element to all photo stories, so I can come to your home, business or favorite outdoor places to capture you in your element, to capture your story.

My goal is to build lasting relationships with my clients built on a foundation of trust. I want to document their stories over the years, from an engagement to a wedding, a new home to a family vacation, a pregnancy to baby’s first birthday, an anniversary to retirement. As a photographer I am a keen observer, fascinated by the complexity of people and inspired by everyday details that become art through my lens. My style is a blend of photojournalism and portraiture. I can entertain the family to make everyone relax and personalities shine. During events I like to blend in and can document moments without forcing the event to pivot around photo ops. At the same time, I can direct a crowd if I need to get that perfect group shot.
