About
Diane Reil is a retired biologist, photographer and writer whose work explores the intersection of observation, faith and the natural world. Through photography she has learned that the smallest details of creation often reveal unexpected depth, beauty and meaning.
The Formation of Seeing grew out of years spent capturing photographs of wildlife, landscapes and fleeting moments of beauty while reflecting on Scripture and the presence of God in everyday life. Her writing invites readers to slow down, cultivate wonder and recognize the Creator's hand in the world around them.
Diane lives in Wisconsin where changing seasons, quiet shorelines and everyday encounters in creation continue to inspire her photography and writing.
