Alison Thomas was born in 1955 in Frankfurt Germany. At nineteen she discovered the Petri rangefinder camera that her sister had left behind and started to take photographs.

She is an award winning artist who displays and sells her photographs throughout the east coast. Her photographs can be seen on www.SerenityScenes.com and at various art festivals throughout the year.
