Cooking4mugs, cook like an Italian is my collection of my favourite Italian or Italian style recipes. It began as a quick cook guide for my son when he went to university. As more and more friends and family asked me how I cooked a dish I decided that I would gather my favourite dishes into one easy to follow book. This book captures the essence of Italian cooking, from traditional Spaghetti recipes to my own inventions. The theme of the book is to learn how to cook basic sauces and to 'build up' to more complex dishes. After working your way through the book you should develop the skills to experiment with your own recipes and 'cook like an Italian.'
