About the Ebook
This is a collection of the works shown in previous print versions of the Symmetry Series. It also includes new artworks that have not been seen or published previously.
The artworks included in this book use abstracts from photos of architectural constructions. Some of them use the smallest detail, whilst other images use larger details of buildings which are then reduced in scale for the final artwork.
The architectural abstracts featured here are from various cities of the world, but they are not necessarily well known or architecturally renowned in their own right. In fact, they are often parts of the city that are unseen or unappreciated; such as car parks and industrial sites. The symmetry theme was inspired by the visual style of various science fiction movies - in particular 2001: A Space Odyssey.
