This book is dedicated to my wonderful Gran. Over the years the recipes contained in this book have been loved by all the family, and Gran’s cooking has been the envy of many of our friends. Some of the recipes have evolved through time and have been passed down from generation to generation. I can’t bear the thought that these recipes will not be passed on to future generations of our family and friends and this is why this book exists. While I can't guarantee all results will be as good as gran's, I'm sure you will enjoy cooking and eating them!
